YEREVAN, December 19. /ARKA/. Ucom is summing up its activities in 2025 and its achievements, promising new projects in 2026.

The company currently boasts 94.5% radio coverage across Armenia, extending 5G network access to over 600 locations, including border crossings and several highways. Ucom CEO Ralph Yirikian describes the year as intriguing, complex, and filled with challenges.

"We managed to conclude the year honorably, having executed numerous projects throughout the year, thanks to Ucom's strategic partnerships with leading global suppliers like Nokia," Yirikian states.

He highlights the significance of collaboration with mobile network provider Nokia, the international frontrunner MediaKind, which offers innovative, high-quality services, the specialized IPTV provider, and the British firm Cerillion. These partnerships introduce the highest standards of contemporary telecommunications to Armenia.

As Yirikian points out, collaborating with these providers will facilitate Ucom's seamless digital transformation, which is already underway. Yirikian also discussed the company's operating profit, underscoring its robust performance.

"Recent data from the third quarter has been released. When we compare it year-on-year, it’s evident that we’ve achieved substantial growth. In terms of operating profit, we recorded an increase of over 700 million drams—a 5.4% rise," Ucom's CEO remarked.

'These accomplishments and milestones indirectly contribute to the economic growth of the country and enhance the global telecommunications landscape. In 2025, Ucom earned international ISO 37001 and ISO 37301:2021 certifications and launched various programs in key areas of corporate social responsibility.

The company is already gearing up for new projects in the upcoming year. "Next year, we will introduce a new call center platform that will feature analytical tools driven by artificial intelligence. We are not merely discussing digital transformation; we are actively implementing it. Platforms are evolving, and new technologies and innovations are emerging.

But the most important thing is that we will put this to use. It won't be artificial intelligence that decides our fate; we will use AI, which will enable us to offer more accessible and engaging services to our beloved subscribers," emphasized Ucom's CEO.-0-
