Armenia plans to introduce a comprehensive electronic notification mechanism for individuals, legal entities, and individual entrepreneurs.
YEREVAN, November 12. /ARKA/. Armenia plans to introduce a comprehensive electronic notification mechanism for individuals, legal entities, and individual entrepreneurs. The parliament approved the corresponding amendments to the law "On Public and Individual Notification via the Internet" in its first reading on Wednesday.
Specifically, individuals will be able to receive notifications via a platform with identification via an ID card or phone number, and if inactive, by mail (hybrid system) or by public posting on the website azdarar.am.
The notification is considered delivered on the third or seventh day, depending on the chosen method. Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs will receive notifications through the tax reporting system, with a similar delivery and public posting scheme. The government will establish the operating procedures and technical details of the system.
